JOIN the FIGHT! Solidarity is our DUTY! Let’s send the message loud and clear: DEFEND PHILIPPINE SOVEREIGNTY! End U.S. Military Aid to the Philippines!

Meet us at the Vera Katz Esplanade, off of SE Salmon, at 3pm on June 14th to mobilize for the genuine independence of the Philippines.

The dependence on foreign military and economic aid has served to further push the chronic crisis of the Philippine Economy and Society further into its continuous downward spiral. The consequence of foreign dependence and interference has resulted in making corrupt officials in the Philippine Government wealthier; provided arms to the AFP and PNP to carry out their genocide via the three wars against the people; using the TRAIN Law to payback predatory loans from U.S. and Chinese Imperialists; and has pushed Duterte to consolidate power in all levels of government, in order to ensure ease of control over the Philippine’s economy and military for U.S. and Chinese Imperialist interests.

We are mobilizing in protest of the ongoing war against the poor. We are mobilizing in protest of the continuous exploitation of the Filipino people. We are calling on you to join us and lend your voice in making these issues heard!
